PARTLY TRUE "How to create this stunning hero with AI" — a template shop's prompt-gate, the honest-ish kind Facebook · Aug 9, 2026

The claimThis is how we create stunning hero videos that grab attention. Comment "Prompt" and we'll send the full guide and prompt. Take your website to the next level without it looking like AI slop.

This one's the comment-gate genre (#004, #007, #024) run by an actual business instead of a persona farm — a real Framer template studio with a real marketplace presence, using a free prompt as top-of-funnel for paid templates. The prompt they send is real and will produce a decent hero section. What it won't do is close the gap the ad glosses: one good hero ≠ a site that converts, and 'without AI slop' still depends on the taste of whoever's driving.

What holds up

  • The studio is a verified Framer marketplace creator with real templates and components for sale
  • AI-generated hero sections from a strong prompt are genuinely achievable — the demo is plausible, not theater
  • The funnel is legitimate business development: free prompt → paid template customer

What doesn't

  • Comment-gate farms engagement before you get anything
  • The prompt is the ad for the template — expect the DM to sell you the $49–99 product
  • 'Stunning' is doing heavy lifting: results depend on your eye, not the prompt

The catch

The free prompt makes one section. The paid template is the actual product, and it's a fair product — but the reel frames a storefront as a secret. Same mechanic as the persona-farm prompt-gates we've logged, minus the deception about who's selling.

How to actually do it

  • Prompt pattern that works in Claude: describe the business, the ONE action visitors should take, the mood in 3 adjectives, and reference a site you admire — ask for hero copy + layout + motion notes
  • For the video-hero look: pair the layout with a subtle background loop (stock or AI-generated), keep text static and readable
  • Test it against the SG Site Standard: if the hero doesn't state what the business does in 5 words, redo it
  • If you'd rather buy: Framer marketplace templates from real studios are $0–99 and fine — just know that's what the funnel was always selling
Effort
30–60 min to a solid hero with a good prompt; taste is the bottleneck, not the tool
Cost
$0 for the prompt route; $0–99 if you buy the template it's advertising
Stack
Claude + Framer (or plain HTML/CSS — the prompt pattern is portable)
Confidence
