PARTLY TRUE "Go to Getlayers and copy a prompt — get the working 3D site 1:1, skip 99% of AI garbage"
The claimA library of battle-tested prompts where you copy one and get the exact 3D framework or interaction shown, 1:1 — a strict filter that cuts out 99% of useless AI output, saving days of prompt tweaking.
The product is real: a polished library of three.js/WebGL templates and prompts with a free tier and paid annual plans, built by a design agency with legitimate industry awards. Two problems. First, the reel never mentions that the 'discovery' being shared is the poster's own product — the agency built the site it's telling you to go find. Second, their own documentation contradicts the ad's core promise: prompts are validated against one specific frontier model, weaker models 'lose the motion timing, depth and layering,' and the true 1:1 exact-match experience is what the top paid tier's source-file downloads provide — not the copied prompt. The '99% filter' number appears nowhere but the ad. No independent reviews of the library existed anywhere we looked.
What holds up
- The prompt/template library exists, is polished, and has a genuinely usable free tier
- The agency behind it has real, verifiable design-industry credentials
- Curated, pre-tested prompts DO cut iteration time versus prompting from scratch — the honest kernel is real
What doesn't
- Undisclosed ownership: the 'helpful tip' is the maker advertising itself in third person
- Their own docs undercut '1:1' — results depend on using the exact model the prompts were tuned for, and exact-match is a paid-tier source-file feature
- 'Cuts 99% of AI garbage' is an invented number with no methodology anywhere
- Zero third-party reviews found; every claim about the product traces back to the product
The catch
The comment-«Prompt» gate feeds you into a subscription funnel ($99–$497/yr tiers) run by the reel's poster, and the DM-«Project» line feeds the agency's services. The tip is an ad wearing a trench coat.
How to actually do it
- Browse the library directly on its site — no comment-gate needed; the free tier shows you what's real
- If you try a prompt, run it on the exact model their docs specify — that's the honest version of '1:1'
- Never trust a discovery reel without checking who owns the thing being discovered — page transparency takes 30 seconds
Steps given — the free tier is genuinely worth a look for our own site work; the ad's framing is what earned the flags.
