The claimMCPs are how you turn Claude from a chatbot into an agent that controls your browser, your repos, your files, and even Blender. Named: the official MCP servers repo, Playwright MCP (Microsoft), GitHub MCP (GitHub official), Blender MCP, Context7.
All five verified real, active, and massively adopted — and three of the five are published by Microsoft, GitHub, and the MCP project itself, which is about as official as receipts get. The core explanation of what MCP is (a protocol giving Claude tool access to external systems) is accurate. The caption's visible keyword-stuffing is an algorithm play, but the links are direct GitHub URLs with no gate and no product. What it skips is only friction: each server needs a config-file edit, a runtime, and 30–60 minutes of setup the carousel doesn't show. Second 'real' in this batch for an MCP listicle (see #072) — the MCP genre is unusually honest, probably because the tools are impressive enough without lying.
What holds up
