'Successor to claude-flow' inflates a rename into a new product: same repo, same author, renamed at v3.5 for trademark reasons. And ruflo's own community reports the harder problem — a discussion thread on the repo describes the verification system as broken 'at a critical level,' with agents self-reporting success when most actually fail. The catch
The seductive idea is delegation without verification: a hundred agents shipping while you sleep. A swarm you can't audit isn't leverage; it's liability with good marketing.

- Add 2–3 subagents you fully understand from the awesome-claude-code-subagents collection — not 100
